Creation of a user "System" for Web services Processing

 A user type "System" needs to be created in order to enable the referential system to connect to the receiver system.

We need to create two users with the below-mentioned roles and settings:

1. ECCSOA

2.SOAMPG100

• Run transaction code SU01
• On the screen, we are going to create a user system:

First, in the field "User", type exactly: SOAMP100.

Then, click on the button in order to create the user.

Go on the "Address" tab.

• In the field " Last Name ", type exactly: ECCSOA
• In the field " Email ", type exactly:  ECCSOA@nomail.com

Go on the "Logon data" tab.

• In the field "User type", open the drop-down list and select "B-System".
• In the field "Initial password", type exactly: ECCSOA100 then repeat the password in the field "Repeat password".

Go to the "Roles" tab:

1. SAP_BC_BGRFC_SUPERVISOR
2. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_ADMIN
3. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_CONTROLLER
4. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_DEVELOPER
5. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_GP_ADMIN
6. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_GP_SERVICE_USER
7. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_INB_API_END_USR
8. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_INB_API_SRV_USR
9. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_NWBC_END_USER
10. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_PROCESS
11. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_SERV_USER
12. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_UWL_ADMIN
13. SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_END_USER

Go to the "Profiles" tab:

In the " Assigned Authorization Profiles: selection, type exactly these 2 entries: SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW.

You can save the entry and the user will be created.
