How to Add to HANA Search method - MDG Finance

1.   In Customizing for Master Data Governance (transaction MDGIMG), open activity General Settings ->Data Quality and Search -> Search and Duplicate Check -> Create Search View.Choose the Edit button to open each search view.

Enter the Hana package provided to you by your HANA system administrator and choose the Save button.

• Choose the Next button until last step and choose the Generate button.

Enable the HANA Search UIBB

• Go To Tcode SICF -> Search for Customize component -> Right Click -> Test Service.

• Enter Component Name: MDG_BS_GOV_COMMUNICATOR-> Select Configuration ID and click on Create.
• Enter Configuration ID: Go to SE80 enter Component Name MDG_BS_GOV_COMMUNICATOR -> Select Configuration ID depends on requirement.

• Enter following Details.

In the Configuration Context section, expand the settings node and choose New->searchUibbs. In

the Attributes of Element searchUibbs, enter the relevant object parameters.

Search Mode: HA

Incl.SearchHelp: Depend on Search help activated.

Component: FPM_SEARCH_UIBB

Config ID: MDGF_0G_CCTR_DQUERY_HA  ( DB -> HA )
