The ideal candidate for the team would have the following skills:

Strong SAP Basis foundational skills – (Expert Level, Non-negotiable)

S/4 HANA Experience with HANA DBA Skills (Expert Level, Non-negotiable)

SAP on Oracle DBA expert

SAP ABAP (Expertise) 

Azure experience is needed. The candidate should work on Azure-related things independently.

Experience in dealing with multiple integration requirements needed for SAP.

Ability to work under a team lead and also work with multiple stakeholders from multiple geo locations.

Self-starter and ability to own and deliver things from start to finish.

Good communication skills with good stakeholder management.
