SAP Business Analyst / EDI Administrator

 An exciting opportunity awaits at Brady for a proactive SAP Business Analyst / EDI Administrator who will be responsible for seeking out and delivering business improvements that involve technology. The successful candidate will work across functions and regions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Global Business and System Acumen

    • Actively maintains awareness of new and existing technology solutions which exist in the broader portfolio

    • Actively seeks and keeps current knowledge of new generation functionality with key vendors and core (in use) products

    • Maintains up to date system documentation for shared and global processes.

    • Participates in continuous improvement and designs technology solutions.

    • Provides SAP integration support for web, EDI and other digital applications.

  • Project Management

    • Coordinate and lead delivery of projects as required to meet business needs.

    • Provides system and process data to project business owners to advance and direct complex IT projects.

  • Leadership 

    • Responsible for sustainability of business systems by developing and providing cross-training and mentoring to business superusers.

    • Participate in cross training to add depth of knowledge.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent 

  • 3 years plus experience in a related role

  • Strong technical skills in the areas of Google Applications, cloud based applications and planning tools.

  • A flexible and positive attitude

  • Strong internal and external business acumen

  • Command skills

  • Strong customer focus

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Effective communication at all levels

  • Problem solving ability
