 Position Name: SAP EAM Director /Program Manager

Role Brief: The SAP Solution Architect at Rizing is responsible for leveraging advanced solution architectural expertise to support software implementation projects. The role involves providing strategic guidance, leading client discussions, and ensuring successful design and implementation of SAP solutions to manage the entire asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce architectural guidelines to align with client objectives.

• Ensure solution designs deliver tangible value and maintain high-quality standards.

• Provide strategic guidance on clean core principles and future-proof solutions.

• Lead architecture forums and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

• Conduct QA reviews and manage risks to maintain project alignment.

• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for business development.

• Provide on-site subject-matter expertise and leadership for SAP implementations.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.

• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, including full lifecycle projects.

• Extensive SAP configuration experience.

• SAP accredited certifications.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in IT or Business Studies.

• Experience in asset-intensive industries such as utilities, oil & gas, or transportation.

• SAP/non-SAP accredited certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAP EA, S/4HANA EAM).
