Location: Zurich, Switzerland (Onsite 4-5 days/week for first 6-12 months)
Salary: CHF 175,000 - CHF 190,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent | Full-time
We're working with a global organisation that's looking for a Team Head SAP MM/PP/QM to lead their S/4HANA project team, based out of their Zurich office.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of SAP and manufacturing, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge S/4HANA systems and a wide range of integrated technologies. While the position carries team leadership responsibility, it's deeply technical - ideal for someone who thrives in the detail of SAP landscapes and wants to stay close to the systems.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of SAP professionals within the MM/PP/QM space, supporting global manufacturing processes
- Play a key role in driving S/4HANA-based solutions and integration across procurement and production
- Work closely with stakeholders across IT and business functions to align SAP strategies with operations
- Provide hands-on configuration, customisation, and optimisation of SAP modules
- Contribute to architecture discussions and the broader digital roadmap within supply chain and manufacturing
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in SAP leadership or team lead roles (or ready to step up into one)
- 8+ years working hands-on with SAP in manufacturing environments, particularly S/4HANA
- Deep understanding of end-to-end production and procurement processes and their integration with wider business areas
- Strong technical expertise across SAP architecture and solution design
- Familiarity with related systems such as IBP, PP/DS, Ariba, MES, and Variant Configuration is a big advantage
Additional Info:
- The role requires full-time presence in Zurich for the first 6 to 12 months due to project complexity and on boarding
- After this period, hybrid working is possible with up to 1 day remote per week
- Competitive salary between CHF 175,000 - 190,000, depending on experience.
