Contract Type: Freelance / Contract
Duration: Initial 6 months (with high chance of extension)
Region Supported: US, Mexico, and Canada
We're partnering with a leading manufacturing client to find an experienced SAP SD/MM Consultant who can support and enhance existing operations across North America. This role offers the opportunity to work on a robust S/4HANA landscape and contribute to long-term system maintenance and functional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse, gather and challenge business requirements
Propose and configure effective SAP solutions
Draft detailed functional specifications for development teams
Provide training and documentation to key users
Lead and manage UAT and regression testing
Ensure daily operational support, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements within SD/MM
Work across integration points including EDI, API, and RFC
Required Experience:
7+ years' hands-on SAP SD/MM configuration experience
Strong experience in large SAP implementations, including S/4HANA
Solid grasp of ABAP fundamentals and system integration
Experience supporting North American markets (USA, Mexico, Canada preferred)
Strong understanding of business process integration (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
Fluent English is essential (Spanish is a plus)
Able to work independently and become productive quickly
