Domain

• Domain : is a technical attribute of a field or Data element.
• Technical attribute nothing but Data type and length .
• Domains are re-usable.

Steps

• Go to transaction code SE11.

• Click on domain and enter the domain name starts with Z or Y<domain name> .

• Click on Create button.
• Enter the short description.
• Enter the data type and length.

• Click on Save  button.
• Enter package name (SE21) or click local object.
• Click on Check buttonfor syntax check.
• Click on Activate Button.
