To create Function Group

• Function Group is nothing but group of related function modules.

Steps:

Function Group 

• Go to transaction code SE37.

• Click on Goto -> Function Groups -> Create Group.

• Enter the function group name start's with Y or Z<function group name>.
• Enter short description.
• Click on SAVE button.

• Save it either in Local Package or Package.

• Check the status bar.

To activate the function group

• Go to transaction code SE38.

• Enter program name as SAPL<function group name > .

• Click on Activate button.

• Check the status bar.
