Reserve Prefix Number for Workflow

• Workflow start with WS and 8 digit number.
• Standard workflow number range start with WS00000001 to WS89999999.
• Customized workflow number range start with  WS90000000 to WS99999999.

Steps:-

• Go to Transaction code : OOW4.

• Click on Edit.

                                       

             OR

• Go to Transaction code SWU3.
• Expand " Maintain Definition Environment ".
• Select Maintain Prefix number and click on Execute.

• Click on Edit.

• Click on Create.

• Pop-up will appear.
• Enter the Prefix Number and click on SAVE.
